1. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the U.S. is $7.99. International shipping is available for $15.99.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive within 1–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 4–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: Special items such as quilts require 8–12 business days for production, with an estimated total delivery time of 10–15 days.
Is express shipping available?
Currently, express shipping is not available as all products are made to order. We’re working on offering faster shipping options in the future.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We only support one shipping address per order. Please place separate orders for different delivery locations.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes! styleteemerch ships to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Military shipments are handled via carriers like DHL or UPS and then transferred to USPS. Delivery to APO addresses may take up to 45 days due to security checks.
Will I be charged VAT or customs duties?
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). styleteemerch does not collect VAT or customs fees — recipients are responsible for any local taxes or charges. Orders shipped from the UK or EU may include a 20% VAT.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
2. 🛒 Ordering
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major credit/debit cards.
How do I place an order?
– Select your items and add them to the cart.
– Enter your billing and shipping information.
– Choose a shipping method.
– Complete payment to place your order.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes! Enter your discount code during checkout and click “Apply” to activate it.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Additional updates will be sent when your item is being produced and once it’s shipped. If you don’t see the emails, check your spam or promotions folder.
3. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer size exchanges for unworn and unwashed apparel within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges must be for the same product, color, and style. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for mugs, posters, hats, or other non-apparel items.
What if I receive the wrong item or size?
Please email us with a photo of the incorrect item. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement within 72 business hours.
I’m not satisfied with my order — can I return it?
If your item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us with clear photos. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement after inspection. Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
4. 💸 Refunds & Late Returns
How do I request a refund?
Send us an email to begin the refund process. Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
What if I haven’t received my refund?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. In some cases, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. For high-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
